As a people person with a strong business acumen and previous management experience in a fashion retail environment, you will be able to handle the demands of this role by being a positive role model for staff, one who takes ownership of goals and leads by example. For a self-starter like you however this hands-on role is a custom fit challenge, due to your natural abilities to drive sales, exceed customer expectations and assist managing inventory and merchandising.
